Aerial shoot includes video and still photos of the subject property with an unrestricted license for use by the client in marketing and promotional activities as they see fit. Video and photo data files will be delivered to property owner (or designated representative) at the conclusion of the shoot on an SD card, MicroSD Card, USB memory stick, or other transferable media storage device. Aerial shoot may be rescheduled or canceled at the discretion of Blue Skies Drone Rental due to circumstances making it illegal or impossible for the event to take place. Including but not limited to Acts of God, war, government regulations, natural disaster, or civil disorder. Aerial shoot can not take place in the event of rain. Aerial shoot may be terminated or rescheduled for any of the above reasons by written notice.
