PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Recessed power socket for 12V or 24V systems featuring twin hi-power USB ports for fast-charging of ipads, smart-phones, tablets and other mobile devices whilst on the move. This socket provides 10W (2.1A @ 5V) which is the same power output as you'd get from your mains wall charger at home, ensuring that your devices re-charge in the minimum time. A blue LED illuminates the USB ports with a soft glow to indicate that the socket is powered.

It features a tethered rubber cover and a rectangular faceplate which can be left off if you don't have the space to fit it or simply prefer it without. Nickel-plated brass terminals prevent corrosion and the cover protects the sockets from dirt and moisture when not in use. Suitable for cars, campervans, motorhomes, caravans, boats, motorbikes or any vehicle running 12V/24V.

The socket is mounted in a 29mm panel hole using a nut that screws over the threaded body. The faceplate is fixed through two holes using the screws provided and power connection is via two polarity-marked blade terminals.
